浮法退火窑的用途是使浮法玻璃从锡槽出来的温度有控制地逐渐冷却，使其产生的残余应力不超过允许的范围，以满足切割和运输要求。退火窑由A区、B区、C区、D区、R区、E区、F区等部件组成。浮法退火窑辊道的用途是借助于玻璃带与输送辊道面之间的摩擦力，把连续玻璃带从锡槽拉引出来，经过渡辊台之后，顺序通过退火窑的各区，同时把玻璃带连续输送到该生产线冷端。

     The float glass annealing lehr is used to control temperature of glass ribbon out of tin bath and lower it, so that caused residual stress is not over allowable value to meet with requirements on cutting and transportation. It is composed of A zone, B zone, C zone, D zone, E zone, F zone and etc. The annealing roller is used to draw the continuous glass ribbon out of tin bath by friction between glass ribbon and conveying roller, after passing through lift-out roller and into each zone of annealine lehr in order, meanwhile, to deliver glass ribbon to the cold end of this production continuously.
